Our Story

FitCore Gym was founded with a simple mission: to create an inclusive, supportive environment where everyone can achieve their fitness goals. What started as a small community gym has grown into Nairobi's premier fitness destination.

Our journey began when our founder, Sarah Kimani, noticed the lack of accessible, professional fitness facilities in the area. Today, we serve over 2,000 members and continue to expand our services.

Fitness Terminology

Reps
The number of times you perform a specific exercise movement
Set
A group of consecutive repetitions of an exercise
BMI

Progressive Overload
