Frequently Asked Questions

What should I bring for my first workout?

Bring comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes, a water bottle, and a small towel. We provide basic toiletries in our locker rooms, but you may want to bring your own shampoo and body wash.

Do I need a personal trainer to get started?

Not necessarily! Our staff can provide basic orientation to equipment. However, personal training sessions are highly recommended for beginners to ensure proper form and create an effective workout plan.

What are your cancellation policies?

Monthly memberships require 30 days written notice for cancellation. Annual memberships have a 14-day cooling-off period from signup date.

Is there parking available?

Yes! We have a secure parking lot with CCTV monitoring and spaces for 150 vehicles, including designated spots for motorcycles.
